Applications should be addressed to Western Districts Community Foundation c/- PO Box 69042, Glendene, Auckland 0645. They should provide the name and address of the organisation, its general activities, its legal status (e.g. trust, incorporated society), the name of a contact person and a telephone number, a brief outline of the purpose of the grant and the amount sought. Whilst the Foundation would prefer to share the fund between as many organisations as possible, it does not rule out applications for larger amounts. Grants will be made solely at the discretion of the trustees and no correspondence will be entered into. Organisations who were successful applicants in 2011 will not be eligible to apply. Applications will close on 15 March 2012 and decisions will be communicated to successful applicants by 31 March 2012.
