Running champs: Left, 22 children from Peninsula Primary School ran in this year's kids marathon, part of the Auckland marathon. The students, aged from 7 to 11, ran well and enjoyed being part of the event. They all received a medal. High honours: Steve Philips from Waitakere College was awarded a high distinction award in the Auckland University 2010 New Zealand Economics competition.
